Sorry if this is a daft question but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with our weaning journey! I have been sticking to plain veggies for now but have looked at some lovely recipes but most include milk!!!
When looking at/following recipes for weaning, what products do you use instead of milk?
Thankyou!

We use oat milk and flora butter. We use alpro yoghurts and aldi do some lovely plant based cheese. Elsie is baby led so just eats what we have lots of our meals are naturally dairy free. I blog all my meals on insta it’s feedingelsie_cmpa xx
Sorry if it sounds silly but is all of this okay to use from 6 months? I'm really hoping to start BLW properly as soon as I'm a bit more confident, we have said we will likely cook meals as a family using the dairy free alternatives.
Thankyou!😁

Yeah only thing to avoid is honey and obvs watch salt n sugar content xx

We use flora vegan butter block. Alpro plain coconut yoghurt, coconut milk since 6 months
