Postpartum care and down there!
Hi ladies I’m 35 weeks today and getting closer to welcome my little Avayla to this world.
I was just wondering what are some good postpartum care needs in general and also for down there (the lady area)
Also kind of what to stock more of and stuff like that

Usually the hospital will provide a lot of stuff for that but I’ve heard amazing things about Freda mom I personally want to try it out for myself and bring depends it’s way more comfortable and secure feeling then the mesh underwear
Really thick maternity pads, spritz for bitz is expensive but an absolute life saver, a perineal bottle rather than wiping. X
Adult diapers, super thick maternity pads (the hospital provides amazing ones so ask for a bunch before you leave), Tuck’s witch hazel pads, Frida mom disposable underwear & their upside down perineal bottle. I also strongly suggest an abdominal wrap to support your tummy and back, and nursing bras if you choose to BF. I got some off Amazon that work great!

I’ll be using a peri bottle, a homemade herbal perineal spray, organic cotton reusable postpartum underwear, and a Bengkung belly binding just to name a few things ❤️
