First time ovulation testing- HELP!

Hey gals,
Please help to ease my mind. I had a MMC back in February and got my first period last week. Stopped bleeding over the weekend so have started to test ovulation for the first time.
Not a clue how it works!
These are my first two tests, but the numbers seem so low and it’s gone down since yesterday!
I’m freaking out- please give some words of wisdom! What does it all mean?!

There are only two ways to know you’re ovulating for sure which is 1. Progesterone blood test about 7 days after supposed ovulation and 2. Basal body temperature. The other ways like these tests and mucus etc are helpful but can really vary throughout the day so aren’t reliable as the first two. I’d say do it with basal body temperature (first thing in the morning before pee or before talking etc if through mouth) with another test like lh strips or mucus and you’ll have better data to base this off of
