Progesterone support - all advice welcome

Hello, I’ve been ttc for two years and recently conceived for the first time but had an early miscarriage. I know that progesterone can be a massive factor for so many people with endo, can anyone give me advice on what I could try? Thank you 💛

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. If you’re unable to get your hands on progesterone from your doctor, I’d highly recommend checking out Chaste Tree. You can get it off Amazon. It is a herb that helps stimulate progesterone. While it is not quite progesterone, it can be a great option if progesterone isn’t available to you. I’d recommend working with a naturopath to get this set up, especially the dosing. From personal experience, it is most effective after 3 months of consecutive use. Effective but not nearly as efficient as progesterone.

If you’ve had a previous miscarriage your GP might prescribe you progesterone support like cyclogest pessaries. Not sure if you have read/heard of a book called it starts with the egg but they recommend 1000mcg of vitamin C for ttc with endo and it’s known to boost progesterone, I took it until I was pregnant

@Amyee ohh that’s interesting! I had Cyclogest during my only successful pregnancy then had two pregnancies without Cyclogest that ended in early miscarriages. I never thought of trying to stimulate progesterone production instead, will give that a try thank you!

Sorry it’s mg not mcg 😁
