So I only have cheap pump atm (faupow is the name I think) it doesn’t seem to be able to get much milk out of my boobs anymore. I get an ounce maybe two, where as I used to be able to get 4-5 ounces. I did have to get another one as my older one broke, which is exactly the same thing as it got exchanged. This one I got the setting I found worked well on the last one it doesn’t do the same thing on this one. Has anyone found a particular brand that their body really got along with. It’s made me just give up almost with pumping which is upsetting because I wanted my baby to carry on having breast milk when I go back to work, and wanted it to help me build my supply.

I found that the hospital pump(medela symphony) works best, my hospital allows rentals which they charge based on insurance. I tried 5 pumps at home and finally gave in to the rental. Second best to the symphony is the Opera+. That is what I bring if I am going anywhere as it has a portable option.

You’ll want a medical grade pump. Most of the wearables are not medical grade unless it’s the willow or elvie I believe and they are both super expensive. I loved my momcozy wearables but I would switch between those and my medela symphony from the hospital. If you really want a good medical grade pump I would invest in the spectra s2. I’ve heard the best reviews from that pump and it does get the milk out

The spectra of you like to pump sitting but I have been using the nice green wearable pumps and they have changed my life, they have 4 different modes, each has 12 levels of suction, and they can hold up to 6 oz, they pour right out the top so no need to disassemble

Only 40$

see that sounds exactly like mine, I don’t want to buy another thing that’s basically the same thing. Wish there was somewhere where you go could just go try out all these different pumps 😂

for real tho, I went through 5 different pumps before I settled on the nice green, now they are all sitting unused in a corner of my apartment
