Doula?

If I would receive one thing to another no matter what kind of birth you want is a Doula. Mine helped me and my husband so much and I fully believe I wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience if I hadn’t of had her there.

I had a doula and would also highly recommend! My husband was a great help, but even so, the support people need breaks, so he and the doula would swap out. A doula can help comfort you in whatever ways you prefer. Mine massaged my feet, which distracted from the pain and was generally comforting. She also helped me take a bath. She knew my birth wishes so she advocated for me at certain points (I gave birth in a hospital).

I loved having a doula, she helped me so much during labor. It definitely would have been so much harder without her. 10/10 recommend

I didn’t have a doula and I wish I would have. Sometimes your husband is lost and freaked out too

We hired a doula and it was such a great choice for us! She was able to help me think through my options and make better informed decisions during my labor and delivery and was a huge source of physical and emotional support for both me and my husband.
