My baby has eczema 😢 hydrocortisone and aquaphor are really all that help her

Jojoba oil! Also don’t put steroid cream on your face. The elasticity in your face will break down! There’s a medicated one that’s not so harsh I’ll have to find the name. But jojoba oil has done wonders for me.

Be mindful about what you’re eating and when it flairs up the most… then avoid eating that. I can’t eat spicy food anymore because it triggers my eczema bad! Just a suggestion…
