Cats

I have 2 cats, both males and brothers. Both have recently been microchipped and neutered. Since then of them won't let the other one back into the flat unless he's completely away from the cat flap and doesn't realise he's there. Otherwise he will sit there and stare at him through the cat flap. We are trying to figure out how to get the one that barely is seen to be comfortable with coming into the flat but unsure on what to do. Help on what we can do to help to bring our cat back into the flat a little more so he doesn't feel pushed out by his brother
