Buying a house
Good morning! I would love to buy a house and have already found one I’m interested in. However, I’m a single mom working full time with no financial help. I’m wondering if anyone knows any programs or loans to help out? I know there is a first time home buyer loan but wondering if there is anything for a single mother. I just can’t justify paying more for rent when I could be spending less on a house payment.

I’m not sure if there are programs for single moms. But check with a realtor as they’d no more and go ahead and get. Preapproval from a bank so you know your budget.
