I hang out with work friends all time

I’m guessing you mean for babysitting? There is an app called Bubble where you can hire babysitters, you can meet them before and introduce them to your child etc. and you can choose who you have. It does work out a bit pricey though on too if your night out! I have a friend who uses it all the time and has become really close to the babysitter she found on there
