Westchester County OBGYN & birth center recommendations?
Hi mamas, my husband and I and our 2 year old are moving to north Westchester County (North Salem area) from San Francisco soon. I’ll be 20 weeks pregnant with our 2nd when we do so am looking for an OB to continue prenatal care asap. Has anyone given birth at Putnam Hospital, Danbury Hospital CT, or Northern Westchester and what was your experience if so? Any OBs that you would recommend that deliver at these hospitals? Or any other recommendations in the area? I think selecting the hospital or birthing center first will help to then narrow down a obgyn, but any advice would be appreciated as we’ll be completely new to this area! TIA!

Weschester medical center is actually a very good hospital. That’s where I’m doing all my prenatal visits.

Hi Kelsey I delivered at Northern Westchester with my first an emergency surgery - they have an advanced neonatal NICU center they’ve also since undergone a renovation so the facilities are new
Last they have an excellent food menu! With healthy farm to table choices :)
