Please help!! Is this baby acne or some kind of allergy? The baby looks uncomfortable and tries to itch her face by rubbing on my shirt.

In my experience baby acne isn't itchy. I would reach out to your pediatrician.

Try aquaphor if you have any! My LO had some spots like this and the rubbing may come from her getting hot while you’re holding her, making a heat rash on top of it. A wash rag without any soap can also take some of the irritation out! It can take a few weeks for the acne to completely resolve but it’s totally normal. If she’s still persistent to rubbing it when she’s not on you, then I would suggest a visit to the doctor.

I second the Auaphor. I even put a dab of Desitin on my daughter's cheek and rub it all the way in cuz she only gets it in that area. Clears it up legit in 30 minutes.

Baby acne is completely normal and normally goes away on its own in weeks. With all the fragrances in washes and lotions, I would just continue to monitor and wash with warm water

Tubby Todd ointment helped with my babies baby acne

yes Tubby Todd works WONDERS! I’m a cheap ass though and found aquaphor worked just as good! 🤣

Try giving a milk bath that's helped clear up my sons baby acne and a terrible diaper rash he had for 5 weeks

Definitely looks like small hives. Is it just on one side? Baby acne is usually on both sides of the face.

I went to my babies, pediatrician and he prescribed my baby some steroid cream and it helped overnight so speak to your pediatrician and they will prescribe you something pretty good or I heard people say put breastmilk I do that too

Also, clean your baby face every day because that happens also due to sweat

Tubby Todd is the best in 3 days it will all clear up.
