Spiking temps

My 13 month old has been spiking a few temperatures lately and being a little sick. He seems to get rid of it and it comes back. Could this be his teeth? Anyone else experiencing the same? He’s got 3 molars coming in… just a bit worried as there doesn’t seem to be any other apparent cause

Our little one was the same with his molars.
We even ended up in A&E as he was inconsolable at one point and we really thought there was something seriously wrong! However they checked him all over and couldn’t find anything, on and off lasted a few days to a week and then he was ok when the teeth had cut.
It was the only thing we could tie the 2 together x
