I am looking for weight loss pills. I am very desperate to lose some pounds now. I have PCOS so nothing helps. I have been going to Orangetheory for last 6 months with zero results. I have tried intermittent fasting, eating healthier and also even did water fast for 7 days
Please tell me if there are any pills that help. My pregnancy weight isn’t going away and I feel depressed looking at myself in the mirror 😒

I don’t know about pills but I started drinking Celsius energy drinks in combination with IF and lost 10 pounds in a month without really trying. However, I am only 26 and dont have PCOS or any other disorder so take that into consideration. I drink MAX one a day, but usually half the can like 4 days a week and won’t have any coffee or tea that say. Additionally I am not breast feeding as these drink contain very high amounts of caffeine and shouldn’t be taken when BF (can be used as a pre workout or energy drink).

Do you see your Obgyn or an endocrinologist for the PCOS? If so maybe talk with them about metformin? It will help regulate your insulin/ sugars, which in turn will help regulate your hormones and you'll start losing some weight.
I also have PCOS and understand how hard it is to lose weight. I had to take metformin in order to get pregnant with my first 2 babies, but I lost some weight while I was taking it.
Also there is over the counter products like myo-inositol (I got the powder form off amazon) that kinda does the same thing as metformin if you didn't want to go see a doctor.

Lifting weights and walking has helped me tons!
