Using super for IVF (Australia)
Hi! I’m looking into using my super to pay for IVF. Has anyone done this? Is it a simple process? Can you withdraw an amount of choice or does it have to match the fertility clinics quote?

If you can get a psychiatrist referral quick it's not to bad, I had to wait 4 months to get an appointment and the letter, then got all the other forms done in the meantime, applied through ATO then once approved I applied through super then started. That was from October - January and it has to match your quotes!
I did it , it has to match what the hospital quotes so you will need the quotes from them. They will withdraw that amount as well as tax … we did it and ended up falling pregnant naturally
