Good or worrisome swelling?

How do you know if swelling is okay or a sign of preeclampsia? My hands have swelled here and there but now in week 24 my feet and ankles just started to get swollen. My blood pressure is normal I just went to the doctor this week. Anyone have this happening to them?

I had it in my first pregnancy and I noticed if it was hot outside (which it was cause it was summer) swelling happened easy, if I was on my feet to long and if I needed to hydrate. If your blood pressure is okay just keep monitoring!
