Any ideas?
I know we shouldn't ask medical stuff here but anyone know what kind of rash this might be? It's all over his belly but nowhere else?

No he's been alright
id call Gp. When they hve a viral cold they can get this sort of rash(at least what GP told me) my daughter had one like this but she had a nasty cold

My baby gets this on her back looks like a heat rash to me
Mine has eczema, and he had this similar rash a couple days ago, the next day it moved to only on his legs - I took him to the gp and she asked if he had been poorly (which he hasn't) as its something they get after a viral infection. She was baffled too as he hasn't been poorly, but she just assumed he maybe had been ill but just not showed symptoms so she put it down to this, however his eczema has shown like this before xx
Did you washed the clothes with something new?
Could be a reaction ,eczema, or even heat if they’re overdressed.
