When to set up baby room?
Hi, I’m 34 weeks and I have kept all my baby girls clothes at my parents along with furniture as they believe it’s bad luck to set the room up before she’s born. I want to set it up a few weeks before so I know it’s ready after she’s born. When would you say is the best time to set the crib and organise furniture ect? Have you heard superstitions about doing it too soon?

I’m 33 weeks and we have done the nursery this weekend. As this is my third child I know that we’ll have no energy to do this after the baby is born and it’s better to get all the big jobs sorted out now whilst we have time and energy 😂
33 weeks today, this weekend we've got the nursery almost done ready for the furniture to go in - it needed a lot doing so same as Chelsie, wanted to get that out the way as soon as possible because we'll never get done afterwards 😂
This week we need to finish the feature wall and build the furniture then I can start putting in all the stuff that's piling up around the house. We've got everything we need now and my bag is packed but I just wanted to make sure I was ahead bc I'm working (from home 😅) up to a week before due date and I didn't want to have anything else to worry about for the final few weeks, plus I have a strong feeling she might come early!!
