Unhappy 4 month old

My 4 month old has turned into the most unhappy baby! I feel like I don't know what else to do or try. Sleep regression hit us hard with 45 minute wake ups. He is a little better now 6 weeks on but still so unhappy. Screams when I try to feed him even though he's screaming because he's hungry ( like first bottle of the day over an hour after being up and not had anything for 7 hours). Screams when I try to help him nap, I've resorted to pram walking 4 times a day to try and help and dread the rainy days. He is teething and I've been giving him calpol once a day recently because that's all I've got left in my tool box incase it's his teeth as a last resort, he's chewing like mad. He's already on gaviscon and doctor prescribed omeprazole this week incase it was reflux but I can't get it down him using all the tricks in the book. I feel like I don't know what else to try and why he's so unhappy. I'm super on top of wake windows, cant make it past an hour and a half and they dont seem to lengthen as the day goes on. He goes to bed around 7. I struggle to go to families houses because if he's due a nap it's a screaming match. Also wont take a dummy. He cries when I put his coat on, in the car seat, in the car, he just cries bless him so much. Is anyone else dealing with such fussiness? Been about 6 weeks now and no end in sight, I just want my happy boy back, for him and for us, I hate seeing him so upset.
