So cute ! I use aquaphor or colloidal oatmeal. I put it on in the morning and at night and usually helps with redness and bumps.

Try tubytodd all over ointment

Tubby Todd stopped working for my baby but Vaseline is what cleared it right up. Right out the shower don’t try her off completely pat dry and just lather it on everyday! You don’t want to over cleanse either one bath a day and a bunch of Vaseline. The aquaphor has additives my doctor said so she told me not to use it

Honestly I found that the more often I wipe baby’s drool, the worse her rash gets, put some barrier cream on her face and leave it be lol, maybe a drool bandana would help if it’s in her chest as well

the wipes could be causing it to worsen because I had the same experience a wet cloth will do for their sensitive face no soap just warm water then the Vaseline
