I have been member there for 2 years. Decent and cheap.

You would see a lot of people there because it’s cheap. I used to go in quite hours with less people (early morning/late night)

It's a basic gym, no fitness classes, sauna, child care etc. I would recommend getting the black card membership since it gives you access to all locations, massage chairs and private section. Definitely go off hours - I actually go during lunch time since most are at work or school.

Also depending on location some are nicer and better equipped than others. In Mississauga, the one on Millcreek is quite nice.

which location? Are the machines always broken that’s what I see on the reviews ? Also is it clean ? Lol

the mill creek one is next to my work thinking of going there on my lunch break lol does it get busy at lunch time also how is that one ? I currently go to LA fitness

I'm there during lunch and have zero issues - lots of machines and free weights. Their black card members only room is big. I have a Fit4Less close to both my home and work (Milton Mall and Millcreek) so made sense to get a black card.
