Humidifier or dehumidifier
Hello mommies,
Need your help here.
I’m from London, Ontario, Canada
I saw lot of mold in my windows today and my little one is having cough and runny nose for quite sometime.
So to avoid these kind of mold problem. Should I go for humidifier or dehumidifier for the house.
Please help

You need a dehumidifier. A humidifier will cause more wetness.
Just be careful though … my mum got a dehumidifier to help her washing dry and she ended up with a really tight chest and dry eyes because it dried the air so much. I’ve never used one so unsure if it was just the type she bought x
Yeah. I’m just confused
I know it seems counter intuitive but if the mold isn’t bad could you try putting the heating on and having the windows open at the same time? When I was growing up we lived in an older house and would get slight mold on the walls. My mum would wash it off and would put the central heating on with the windows open slightly. That seemed to help and it never turned into a severe problem x
