My boy has potato waffles! Just have to take the ingredients into account throughout the day to level it out. We use reduced salt and sugar
Try to think about sugar and salt intake over the week x
We feed our little one a waffle here and there and if beans it’s reduced salt ones
I gave reduced salt and sugar beans initially (Sainsburys own brand) but then I read on an NHS-endorsed app that they should be avoided too as they contain sweeteners which babies shouldn’t have 🤦♀️ So I’m not giving them again until I’ve done a little research on it.
Potato waffle has 0.34g of salt. A slice of hovis medium white bread has 0.36g of salt, Warburton crumpet has 0.81g 🙃 One off/in moderation won't hurt them, having it 3 times a day isn't a good idea
I’ve done waffles like once every couple weeks
I give her the Iceland brand potato waffles that she will have beans and some veg, I find she eats them better cut in to cubes rather than strips, but everything is moderation obviously don't give everyday but I don't see the harm, she also has the potato smiley faces with spaghetti hoops she loves it
We use potatoes waffles he loves them n we use Tesco no salt n sugar beans for I think 23p a tin?! he loves them we mash them for him n potatoes waffles we just cut in half for him x
Hi! I have, we just feed him them in moderation and beans we look for reduced salt and sugar xx
