Announcement
Hey guys! My EDD is currently 7th October. I have my dating scan on Tuesday so will get given a more accurate date then, and with it being Easter only a few days after, I was wondering if anyone else is thinking of doing an easter themed announcement? I was thinking a putting a copy of the scan inside an empty easter egg box with something along the lines of "we're eggspecting" 😂 my other thought was getting bunny ears for my dog with the caption "some-bunny is going to be a big brother". Has anyone got their own ideas? 😊

Hey! We've bought little wooden eggs, we'll fill them with mini eggs (small sweets) and have a note inside, maybe a small print baby scan photo. We're playing around with funny wording, we're egg-specting, she's pr-egg-nant or we have egg-citing news 😂 only issue is that I'm starting to show already so we might not make it til Easter! I did see some lovely eggs with notes inside on etsy and very cute personalisable digital photos for announcing that were Easter themed.
@Hannah I really like the idea of getting my dog involved but I just know he'll 100% not comply to my wishes 😂😂
Aw it does sound super cute to get him involved! Bunny ears would be cute if he'll wear them. Or a little big brother dog bib

We’re announcing at Easter but we live in another city from all our family
Other than my mother in law. For her, we are putting together a basket full of Easter treats and in the middle, a larger glittery Easter egg with the scan inside and a note saying “a little birdy came to say, we have a baby on the way”
