Has anyone little one had adenovirus? Mine just came back positive for that .

Yes, the fever can last for days. Make sure they stay hydrated and treat symptoms. Such a sucking nose etc.. Unfortunately there isn't anything they can give to treat the virus. Also, towards the end of the virus your babies eyes might get crusty.
