I swear by tubby todd!! I use the all over ointment on anything that looks like it might turn into acne, cradle cap, or eczema. After every bath, I give her a head to toe massage with the baby massage oil (its super mositurizing without being too "heavy"), and I use the lavender lotion every night before bed. My family notoriously has very dry skin and we're prone to KP, and I had issues with cradle cap and eczema when I was a baby, so I've been doing my best to get ahead of it with my daughter, and so far so good! I also only do soap baths 2x a week (again, I use the tubby todd body and hair wash) and have her tub filled with warm water and breastmilk (gives me a solid excuse to have a glass of wine or two 2 nights a week, cuz I can still use that pumped milk for her baths lol)

Oh I just remembered, munchkin makes this spray stuff for eczema that's awesome (my cousin used it for her baby cuz he has it realllllyyyy bad on his face, and shed tried EVERYTHING to no avail), it called hyp03 and its the pink one! It's super gentle and pretty effective at clearing it up plus it's inexpensive!

I’ve heard tubby todd is magic! I use cerave baby moisturizer that you can get from Walmart or Target!

I’m using cerave baby & it’s not helping at all. I apply it three times a day in the morning, afternoon & night. His skin still be dry 20 minutes after .

Yeah…I noticed the same thing as well. The weather isn’t helping either. We also use the earth mama diaper balm on his skin too.
We are just waiting one more month so we can see his pediatrician and see if anything else can help.

I did some research into it cause my baby has the same issue. I’ve learned that lotions are a no no cause they have the least amount of oil and more water based. Coconut oil, Vaseline or thicker creams/ointments work best! Bathing with breast milk, coconut oil, oats, sea salt or baking soda is said to help the skin. They recommend bathing everyday (don’t use any cleansers more than twice a week, make sure it’s gentle on the skin) for no more than 15 minutes and pat dry after bath. Immediately moisturize to lock it in! I also found a recipe for breast milk ointment that I am going to try.

I’m not Brest feeding or pumping so that’s out the window 🤦🏽♀️. But i will be trying everything. Because my baby has alligator skin real bad 😂💔

Girl, same! I feel like my son has scrapes on his skin! Sighs. Oatmeal might help like Dani said!

I like the Tubby Todd one and we also just started adding the Aveeno Baby oatmeal bath to her bath water. And definitely don't bathe baby every day, 1-2x per week is plenty, especially if they have dry skin.

The Link above I used for my shea butter. Day 2 of using it and my baby’s skin is 1000% better already.

Aveeno eczema lotion then top it off with aquaphor. It works for my baby girls sensitive skin
