Neighbors trouble
I am having little problems with people next door.They keep been noisy having people over stupid hours like 11pm and taliing noisy outside in the hall way and slamming the door all the time to the point my wall vibrating and waking my 5 month son up.
My son for past few days not well he has a cold and is teething so extra grumpy they slammed the door 3 times in a row they have 2 children aged 4/5 and 3 years old.
I asked the lady if she wouldn't keep slamming the door please I explained it wakes my baby she goes the children domit I can't help it but they are old another to understand not keep doing it.
Yesterday they opened the door no one went out than slammed it shut again. She said she would speak to them about it and I need to stop my dogs barking as its apparently scaring the children.But the children make all the noise that's why they bark.
If I get a door bell like a ring to record when it happens so I have evidence.she also locks the 5 years old outside her front door she can't control him for 2/3 minutes.He will be kicking and banging the door and screaming.

would advise speaking to your housing officer for advice they should be able to speak to her however I wouldn’t would’t advise getting a ring doorbell to “record evidence”
u mentioning the fact that she can’t control her child for more than 2/3 minutes, what is ur aim for that? children have tantrums its not out of the ordinary also imagine if he has SEN
complaining about the noise level is understandable but why speak about her parenting as if its any of your business?
Locking her child out the front door safe for 2/3 minutes anythink could happen he could run out to the car park.
if thats the case and ur so concerned wouldn’t you contact the local authority or the police instead of coming on a online forum incognito ?
Yer but I was asking more advice what I can do about the noise they make what right I have.not little noise and not just the children making the noise.And its all the time
You can report it as a noise nuisance to your local council, just check on their website what is classed as noise nuisance and what isn’t (eg children crying etc) and be aware that they can do the same about your dogs barking. In regards to her locking her child out, if you have concerns then you should be contacting social services about it.
I think it's 50/50. You v got your dogs barking and your 5 month old baby definitely cries as well because that's what babies do. and your neighbours kids are just babies as well 4/5 and 3 years old and I believe they won't cry as much as your baby but will definitely make noise while playing and children cannot be stopped from playing. Only suggestion is to advise the mother to stop the slamming of the door which you have done and report it if it continues so she can know the seriousness.
