How have you lost your pregnancy weight? Looks like I have gained more during postpartum. I need to loose 20lbs to achieve pre pregnancy weight.

I was 135lb pre-pregnancy. My best looking self ever. I got up to 195lb at delivery 🤧. I'm not 3 months PP and sitting at 165lb (but I lost that 30 pounds in the first month, now I feel stagnant). But I guess it's normal to be stagnant for a little while especially of breastfeeding, your body needs the extra calories.

I was 135 pre pregnancy, I got up to 210 and then went down to 193 and now I’m at 214 and I am two months PP lol this sucks

I was 135lb prepregnancy and 175lb right before delivery. I was at 155lb in the first year no matter what I tried. I thought the weight will melt off but it didn’t happen. Then after my baby turned one I got more active (running after him all the time, going for long walks with him, eating better) and now 17months pp I’m 145lb. I still would like to go back to prepregnancy but at the same time I have a whole new closet now with clothes that I like (I’m 1 size bigger than before) and I kinda got used to my body. My hope is that with the right lifestyle choices and time I will slowly lose more but we’ll see. Just try to have long walks often and eat a balanced diet and you may see some changes slowly. And if really nothing helps for a long time go for a checkup on your thyroid and hormones because maybe you need help with that. 20lb is not that much! You can do it!
