My son’s pediatrician highly recommended Desitin, it’s a purple and white tube. Zinc is the main ingredient to look for and try your best to avoid fragrances.

Bepanthen cream!

I am using the honest diaper cream. It has worked amazing for me.
The Honest Company Baby Diaper Rash Cream with Zinc Oxide, 2.5 Fl. Oz. https://www.walmart.com/ip/47851780

I use the Aquaphor Baby Diaper Rash Cream. It has done wonders for my daughter.

I use sudo cream and it works like a treat clears it up straight away x

Sudocream

the more products I used the wors my girl got. I cut up the hospital blankets into wipe sizes and dipped them on water, and used those for wipes. after I would use a dry one to dry thoroughly. then I used globs of Aquaphor. It went away within a few days. Whenever she starts to get one I use this method and it dissapears.

Something I have done from day 1 (maybe try this once the rash has gone) using a wet wipe I put organic coconut oil all over my baby’s bottom/front area. My baby boy is 4 weeks old and it’s been working so well for us in terms of preventing nappy rash.

triple paste extra strength . Girl it clears it up literally over night.
Also this sounds odd but I worked in derm and it works!
Get Mylanta NOT MINT just original and use a cotton ball and apply it to the rash and let it dry on. Mylata cuts acid so it also cuts the acid on the babies diaper rash and pulls out the redness. Let the baby’s bum air out with this on. Trust me it works and not harming the baby at all

What about the diapers, have you tried using different diapers? Or changing it more often? Are you washing baby every time baby poops? Also wipes? Like what wipes are you using? I use water wipes just because they only have water, I used honest before and I felt they were causing a small allergic reaction from time to time. Just some things to consider :-)

I’ve found that all brands work well. The big thing is not to wipe after every diaper change, since wiping can be irritating and worsen a rash. Wipe only on pooped diapers.

Thank everyone the pediatrician said it might be something she eats and when I come out it’s burning her she is getting an allergy test
