Vaping & breastfeeding

hi guys so i havnt vaped my whole pregnancy (i used to all the time) but im really craving it.. i want to breastfeed - does anyone know if i can vape here and there and breastfeed or will this affect my baby? if it does i will hold off of course..

I have asked my midwife, she said no nicotine is better than nicotine as it doesn’t contain chemicals, but stay away from disposables

I used to vape but also gave up in pregnancy, it’s such a temptation but I just think that I’ve come such a long way and haven’t done it for ages why would I start up again?
