MILKY TONGUE

Hey everyone quick question . Do I have to clean my newborns tongue?? He has leftover milk coating his tongue and I’m wondering how I get rid of it ?

Just lots of milky tongues for the next year or so

Honestly it will go away after 8-10 weeks or so once they start producing saliva. I wouldn't introduce anything into baby's mouth that isn't breastmilk or formula, let the microbiome sort itself out. Sometimes pacis can help if you're comfortable with them.

Then you get to deal with the constant changing of bibs and enormous waterfalls of drool 😅
