Tax free childcare UK
I'm going back to work in two weeks so a couple if weeks ago I opened an account on the UK gov website. I got a message to say they'd be in touch in 7 days but I've still not heard anything?? I'm starting to worry because LO starts nursery on 8th April!
Does anyone know if there is a phone number I could call to chase? Thank you

I heard back in a couple of weeks saying they need further info and to call but can never get through, I'll try find the number x

I had the same, it was 11 days over,
I got through on the phone though and they just asked me to confirm my return date, once that was done I receive the confirmation within an hour x
any chance you have the phone number?
I used: 0300 123 4097
I applied on 6th March and was then contacted on the 20th to confirm my back to work date
We waited 3 weeks to hear back, if that helps!
