My baby has recently started sleeping from 10.30pm-6.30am. I’m unsure whether I need to be pumping in the night? I’d rather make the most of actually getting some sleep now lol, just also don’t want to lose my supply completely. Has anyone gone without pumping and supply has been ok? Still feeding frequently during the day.

How old is your babe? My son is 5 months and I’ve been going 8 hours at a time between my last pump and my first pump of the time. My last being 8:30pm (baby in bed by 9:15) and my first pump being (4:30am). My son typically sleeps until 8:30am

Yes, it depends how long pp you are. I slowly stretched out the amount of time between feeds/pump and am now going 8 hours overnight with no supply loss. I would go slow, maybe an extra half hour in between, stick with that for a week and then bump it up.
If your supply has regulated, 3m+ pp, your body should know to make the same amount of milk every 24 hr, and will just make more during the times you do feed/pump.
