Skin rash?? Allergic reaction??

My son is about to be 1 years old in 2 days, I have no clue to what this is, he has had it for 3 days, should I take him in?

I'm not sure what's causing it. But you could try giving him a oatmeal bath and see if that helps.

I would take him in. If it’s only his face, it could be a surface or material irritating him. If it’s his whole body it could be allergy
