I’ve recently put my baby on Aptamil anti-reflux formula. During the day it’s fine because I can start making a feed before I know she will want it. At night I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on speeding it up?! Waiting for the kettle, 5 mins to thicken and then cooling it down takes forever!
Wondering what is anything others do about this? X

Can you prepare them before you go to bed and keep them in the fridge then you only have to heat it up during the night?
It says not to do this 😕

You could get a prep machine from marketplace- I love mine and got it for £20 but know some people are against them. I also have the Tommee Tippee on the go flasks so you have one filled with boiling water and one that cools it to room temp in about a minute. This could really help you!
Thanks we had a prep machine and used it for 3 months but stopped using it as it made it too bubbly and she was struggling with her tummy!
Tried the flasks out and it does save time thanks! X

Could I ask how do you use the flask method

a flask of boiling water and use a cooling flask (Tommee Tippee and the other big baby brands do them). Put about 2ox of boiling water into their bottle with the formula powder then use the cooling flask to cool down the rest of the water you need. Or, take a normal flask of colder water as well to add to the boiling water x
