What could it be?

Does anyone have any idea what this could be on my little girls neck and how to treat it? Shes not in pain with it and its not itching her.

Moisturize more.

Possibly a strap has pulled on her from a high chair, pram, car seat? My daughter had similar recently and I linked it back to a strap.

My guess is the same as Rebecca's it's probably the strap on the highchair that has caused friction Just moisturiser that area so it doesn't get too dry and itchy
