Full off a cold and have a chest infection does anyone know if we can use lemsips when pregnant?

I don't know but maybe better to do lemon and honey drink and take some paracetamol.
I’m the exact same at the moment I asked my midwife and she said it’s okay to use just don’t over do it on the lemsips so I’m only have one a day mainly at night before I go bed
