Redundant at 7 months pregnant
Hi everyone,
Just looking for some suggestions/advice.
I’ve recently been made redundant from my job and I did get a good pay out all things considered so will not qualify for any benefits etc. I also feel like if I look for a new job now I’ll be faced with a lot of rejections as I will need to take time off to have the baby in June.
I’m wondering if there is a way between now and June where I can get some additional income but struggling to come up with ideas. I’m not fussy on what job I do I just want to keep earning and contribute to the household.
My partner is also stuck in a job he hates and I feel guilty that my current circumstances are restricting him to change up jobs as we need a definite income etc.xx

I'm pretty sure you'd still qualify for Maternity Allowance from the government: https://www.gov.uk/maternity-allowance
Not sure what type of work you did, but you could temp? Via an agency or through your local council
