Coconut oil!
Wipe & completely dry area first then apply. Also reduce amount of wiping helped me heaps .. our little boy doesn’t get wiped after every single wee because it’s just water anyway

I’m using B box barrier cream to prevent rashes and little étoile skin recovery cream on any rash that pops up and they’ve been working really well for us
I also find it depends on the nappy itself as well though so maybe look into switching brands if nothing else is working

Nappy goo

Coloplast Conveen Barrier Cream. My son had nappy rash so bad it was almost bleeding after being really sick in hospital and this cleared him up in a day. It's amazing stuff

I feel like all these creams are for prevention rather than cure 😩 unfortunately. I’m having the same problem with my baby. I don’t let him wear a nappy without putting cream on his bum. Sometimes I give him nappy free time, depending on how game I am to catch his pee

I have these puppy training pads I’m gonna use and she’ll go commando today with some coconut oil to start with. I used sudocrem from birth trying yo prevent this and it never worked 😩😭

I’m using virgin coconut oil for my newborn baby, it’s natural & it’s working really well for my baby, no more rash and good for dry skin too.

could it be the wipes causing a reaction? if nothing is helping it could be that

The Aldi ones are super wet and that makes them a bit gentle. They’re awesome. If not then the curash ones are great too. Chuck Huggies in the bin lol. They are as dry as the desert.

I have a friend who was experiencing this… it ended up being the wipes. They now use little flannels wet with water to wipe instead of actual wet wipes and she’s much better.

where did you get it from?

you can order direct from their website. If you google coloplast coveen barrier cream it's about $20 something for the tube xx

Nappy free time to fully dry out. Always make sure the area is completely dry before putting on cream. Otherwise you are locking in the moisture that will make it worse
Also never use creams that have food ingredients such as coconut oil and almond oil. Latest research indicates this can potentially lead to food allergies if introduced retouch skin rather than digestion. So ignore recommendation for coconut oil!

Nappy goo is fab. Made in Melbourne and put together by royal children's hospital 🙌

I use B box, as my baby have really delicate skin and is the unique one that had works for her, I also use Aldi wipes (their softer and wet), huggies wipes makes worse the rash, as their not soft or wet enough.

I use amolin which has 16percent zinc but if it’s bad you can use desitin which has 40 percent zinc there’s even stronger ones

Thank you wipes, are large and gentle

Have you tried different nappy brands? Could be the actual nappy that bubs has a reaction to
