i loved NCT

NCT is great for making friends but we found the information lacking so did the free NHS ones too that had lots of helpful information but didn't really give you a change to make friends. I also did an Daisy birthing which was a mix of yoga, hypno birthing and education it really prepared me for birth and I made 2 really good friends there.
