When will things get going again?

I had a left salpingectomy with tube removal 4 weeks ago. Hcg was 3 on Monday so assuming it has cleared from my system by now. I’ve tested my hormones with Mira today and everything is still totally flat, no hormone movement. I’m wondering when my cycle will start back up again. How long did it take for you?
