I’ve just done this with my 11 month old! I was a bit confused on how to swap but I started using warm cows milk with his weatabix in the morning, then made him scrambled eggs with it for lunch and then did him 6 oz at bedtime but made sure it was warm and he was out for the night! So now he has a bottle before his naps too! It was as if he’d been on it forever😅😂 I would say if they don’t take that quickly like mine did, just use it in their foods first and then gradually as a whole bottle xx

I haven’t swapped with the little man yet, but with my first, we tried a straight swap and she didn’t like it. So we did it gradually over a week, mixing it in with the formula, upping the amount and reducing formula each night. By the time we were on just milk, we left it cold.
Was already using milk in food daily since 6 months, so that made no difference for us.

I’ve just started from advice of HV so my little bottle has about 6oz in a bottle so made a 5OZ bottle with formula and topped up with cows milk and will slowly make the cows mils a higher formula x

Ive been reducing a ounce of formula for a ounce of cows milk for the last 2 weeks, so this week hes on 5ounces of formula +2 ounces of cows then next week 4 ounces of formula then 3 ounces of cows milk. They say babies can get constipated from cows so want to gradually do it. Also if they aren’t having much formula make sure to get multivitamins for baby too x

Thank you! Are you still using normal bottles or switching to beakers?
I’ve been recommended Arla big flittered milk which has vitamins in ☺️

I stuck with bottles when we first swapped to cows milk.
When we dropped the bottle at 15 months, she wouldn’t drink milk out of her cup, so she didn’t drink milk for a few months (until she randomly asked for it one day 🤷🏻♀️).
