Rashy skin?

You can’t tell much from the picture, but in the past few weeks or so, my baby has been getting really red dry patches, now her skin seems a bit rashy, I don’t use anything on her in the bath, just oilatum, then I smother her in the aproderm emollient cream. I had bad excema as a child, so I’m worried she might also be getting it, not sure though.
