4 Month Sleep PROgression
Trying to reframe it as a sleep PROgression since it is truly a development!
Anyone in the trenches yet? I think I might be because daytime naps have been impossible, she wakes up so quick and takes multiple attempts to transfer. But I might not really know if I’m experiencing it until it gets better…or worse!

My baby has been waking up every 2 hours at night to feed just like during the day since he was 2 months old!! Last night though he even had one episode where he couldn't fall back asleep after the feeding and I had to rock him to sleep for the first time ever (at night).

My baby went thru it… I was exhausted… it lasted two weeks and it was incredibly hard.
He would wake up dozens of times at night and he reels fight every single nap during the day
Naps are very difficult… 20 minutes is a good one right now 😂 My twins are just past the 4 month mark.
Mainly with naps yes cat napping a lot more and fussing to go down for nap. Night sleep has been ok hoping it doesn’t get worse.
