Orange marks??

My baby has come down with a really bad chesty cough and has a fever. But even before then for the past few weeks I’m constantly having to change his bed sheets cos I keep finding these little orange marks on his sheets… what the hell is it?! He doesn’t have anything on his face hands etc so I’m really confused and I’m wondering if I should be concerned? Is this coming from his mouth and I’m not realising?

I’m probably overthinking it now bcos he’s really coming down with something, it seems like bronchilitis or something I’m not sure but is it normal and has anyone else had this unexplained on their babies bedsheets?? (It’s wet from him rolling round sweaty and coughing)
