Does having a period affect breastmilk supply?
I’m on my 4th day and can see a significant decrease in the supply suddenly, is that normal? This is my first period after giving birth, my lo is 12 weeks currently.

Yes I experienced this unfortunately cor some women ot effects them I think might be iron levels makes you more tired, I had to express more often to cove it

does it get normal again after period?
Yeah it just Is reduced for length of period usually mine are about 5 days
