Normalise

Hey, my little boy is 10 months old and I feel the same and get this all the time! It’s all from my partners side but it’s really annoying! I think not wanting to be away from your baby is normal, you’ve spent months growing your baby and no one can watch him better than you!

I would honestly just tell them to mind their business. It’s TOTALLY normal to want to be with your baby and to suggest otherwise is insane

Totally normal! My wee boys 21 months and I’ve barely left him with others, the people who mean the most will understand and the others can do one🤣 Ive said the same since he was born about not wanting to leave him and I’ve always had people questioning it but honestly I just tell them tough if they don’t like it I’m the parent and I’ll decide what I’m comfortable with! Don’t let anyone pressure you into doing anything you don’t want to!! Xx

My girl just turned one and the most I left her with someone other than her dad was 2 hours. It’s normal, not everyone is the same and that’s okay too. You don’t need to explain yourself to anyone, he is your child, you do what’s best for you both

My wee boy is almost 2.5 years old now and I’ve only ever left him with my Mum and Dad. He’s had 2 nights there and although I can say it’s nice to have a bit of a break, spending time with him is my favourite thing in the world and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.
