Buy Buy Baby promos - how often?

So Buy Buy Baby was running a promo where you got a gift card for a certain amount spent- like $100 for $500, $200 for $750 and $300 for $1000.

We were planning on getting some of the big ticket items and scoring some gift cards to use down the line, but the promotion apparently ended Sunday.

Does anyone know how frequently these promos happen? Wondering if we should wait a bit because the gift card amounts were pretty significant (25-30% of purchase price)

The old company used to do these types of promos like 2-3 times a year. No idea what they'll do now under new ownership. It may be more frequent to try to get people to buy from them or they may follow the same timelines.
