Advice??

Im 21 weeks and i just started a new job bc my past job stopped giving me hours once they found out I was pregnant. I need 600 hrs for maternity leave within the year. Idk exactly what im at. I could be there but may not be i worked off and on bc i was a college student most of the year. I took a full time position monday to friday. Im an ECE and its super physical job. So yesterday was my 2nd day and im in so so much pain. I soaked my feet, used a heating pad and pain rub. Im still hurting so much wnd im exhausted. Ive had hip pain my entire pregnancy and its just been a rough time. Should I push through or just take the loss and enjoy and rest for the remainder of my pregnancy? Realistically I need the money. My husband works full time but with inflation its been not so easy but i feel like just living off my baby bonus :/

I would either try to get like a retail job where you can just work whenever something that could get decent pay but also not so demanding because if you are already in that much pain it won’t get any better it’ll only get worse so I would definitely quit now

Pregnancy discrimination is a thing you can sue last job for that. Can get you and baby some extra funds too. Try to get a less demanding job if it’s too much you don’t want to cause stress to both baby and you.

It’s illegal for any job to discriminate because you’re pregnant, that includes cutting hours, cutting pay or firing/laying you off. You can 100% sue your last job and honestly you shouldn’t have let that happen to you girl!
Tell your job you’re pregnant, they have to accommodate you.
