Tanning beds aren’t really considered “safe” for pregnant or non-pregnant people. This is a question you should definitely direct towards your doctor— though I would be surprised if any of them would tell you that you could continue. Also, some tanning salons may have rules against pregnant women using their beds as a liability. Definitely go with what your doctor says over anything you read on the internet 👍
I definitely tanned before my wedding, so no judgements from me (even though I know it’s not the safest thing in the world and I was also not pregnant.) but now that you know you’re pregnant, I would not be going back. I would check with your doctor to see if spray tan is okay for pregnancy, if this is a concern for the wedding day. Also, it doesn’t hurt to mention the use to the doctor, but at 6 weeks, it’s hard to tell what or if any damage could have been done. Congrats on your baby and your wedding!
Considering it’s not safe for anyone in the first place I don’t think I would continue while pregnant. Usually if you’re on the fence about it just go with the safer option. Especially going three times a week. The raised temperature can cause spinal issues in the baby that’s why you’re not supposed to get in a hot tub or sauna
